Gerbangkertosusila, is the acronym of Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Lamongan. The establishment of the development regions (SWP) Gerbangkertosusila alone, according to the East Java Provincial Regulation No.4 / 1996 on Spatial East Java province and PP 47/1996 on the National Spatial Plan, aims to achieve equitable development between regions. [1] is a region Gerbangkertosusila the second largest metropolitan area in Indonesia based in Surabaya. This area is equivalent to the term Jabodetabek based in Jakarta.
